I will caution you: heavy on the sex, homosexuality, violence and just plain weirdness. It's not for everyone. So if that's not your thing, stay far away.

The storyline is great, the writers are great, the actors are great, and when you roll them into one it becomes a phenomenal show. My only question is why are there not more shows like this and why do I have to wait till 2012 for the next season of True Blood?

From start to finish this series keeps you hooked. I follow True Blood on HBO and buy the box sets when they are released. True Blood you make watching TV awesome again.

Im an absolute fan of True Blood and I have kept up to date watching every episode and have made it a point of purchasing season 1, season 2 and season 3 so far.This way I am able to go back and watch the previous season while waiting for the next season to air on HBO.I was also able to keep my daughter filled in on what she missed on the previous seasons as she just started watching True Blood and it has helped her a lot to be able to watch the whole series.I love it because I take them to watch on my laptop when I am traveling.It is so much easier to get into a DVD than it is to get into reading a book when you are traveling.
