Fringe Season Plot
|
|
Season 1:From the creative team behind Mission: Impossible 3, Alias and the upcoming Star Trek feature comes this incredible thriller about an unlikely trio who uncover a deadly mystery involving a series of unbelievable events that may be part of a larger and more disturbing pattern that blurs the line between the possible and the impossible.
Season 2:Set in Boston, the FBI's Fringe Division formed when Special Agent Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv) enlisted the help of institutionalized "fringe" scientist Walter Bishop (John Noble) and his son, Peter (Joshua Jackson), to save her partner and lover from a mind-bending death. Through unconventional and unorthodox methods, the Fringe team imagines and tests the impossibilities while investigating unbelievable events, macabre crimes and mystifying cases involving teleportation, reanimation, genetic mutation, precognition, artificial intelligence and other fantastical theories. When the unimaginable happens, it's their job to stop it.
Season 3:The mystery of the universes deepens in the critically acclaimed 22-episode third season of television’s most exciting sci-fi. The Fringe team escapes from the parallel universe – except for Olivia, trapped in the other world and replaced in ours by her double, who turns Peter and Olivia’s tentative relationship into a love affair. Then Olivia returns, bonds of trust fray, ever more bizarre and terrifying phenomena occur and secrets that stretch back to 1985 threaten to destroy our universe.
Season 4:Since the Observers made Peter disappear, all the characters have turned into grim and humorless caricatures of their once vibrant characters, indicating that Peter had a huge effect on all of them by being in their lives. Walter is convinced it is one of his former test subjects - a young boy named Cameron doing astral projecting. When Olivia and Walter track Cameron down, they find a man with horrible side effects from Walter's testing who is angry at Walter for what has happened. By the end of the episode Cameron agrees to help Olivia and Walter disperse the energy field that keeps appearing - until Olivia tells him to stop.
